What you will do

• Architect and ship production-grade software for core networking and distributed systems using C, C++, Python, and open-source stacks such as SONiC.
• Drive hardware-software co-design to optimize packet processing, congestion control, and ASIC memory management for large-scale AI workloads.
• Own platforms and features through architecture, bring-up, deployment, and high-availability operational support in global AI data centers.
• Design ultra-low-latency telemetry, monitoring pipelines, and automated fault-recovery systems for multi-tenant fabric environments.
• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into scalable technical designs, implementation plans, and performance metrics.
• Build specialized automation and CI pipelines, and collaborate with customers and hardware/product teams during trials, production bring-up, and technical escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming ability in one or more of C, C++, and Python.
• Solid understanding of systems software, distributed systems, operating systems, or embedded systems.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, including the ability to break down complex technical problems.
• Track record of taking ownership from identifying the right questions through implementation, validation, and follow-through.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and contributing beyond a narrowly defined role.
