What you will do

• Lead complex technical initiatives within the Marketing Technology team.
• Design, develop, and maintain systems for personalized, timely customer messaging, customer journey automation, and real-time targeting.
• Mentor and support developers by promoting curiosity and strong technical understanding.
• Explore technical needs, propose solutions, and establish effective engineering practices.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying distributed, multi-tier applications.
• Experience taking a lead role in delivering complex software systems to internal or external customers.
• Prior experience using AWS technologies at scale in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Experience in the Advertising Technology domain, including integrations and pipelines with major media platforms such as Meta and Google, and implementation of MarTech and AdTech platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
• Experience delivering customer-driven software products at high scale in a fast-paced, technology-first, rapid-growth environment.
• Competence in delegating work in parallel to accelerate delivery.
• Commitment to high-quality standards in documentation, unit testing, code reviews, test automation, and continuous integration and deployment.
