Senior Software Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications, services, APIs, utilities, and components across desktop, web, and cloud environments.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code using C#, C++, and other appropriate programming or scripting languages.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design with attention to scalability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop unit, integration, and automated tests; troubleshoot complex issues; perform root-cause analysis; and implement sustainable solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, code review, refactoring, troubleshooting, and documentation, while validating AI-generated solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, DevOps, product teams, and other stakeholders; participate in design reviews, code reviews, Agile delivery, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience, including designing, developing, testing, and maintaining production software.
• Strong proficiency in C# and/or C++, object-oriented programming, software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Ability to independently design, implement, test, debug, and maintain complex software components and features.
• Understanding of software architecture and the ability to translate product and technical requirements into effective software designs.
• Experience with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, desktop and/or web applications, services, and APIs.
• Experience developing and deploying software in cloud environments, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing, debugging, defect resolution, and quality engineering practices.
• Experience leveraging and critically evaluating AI-assisted software development tools and AI-generated code or technical recommendations.
• Experience with CI/CD, build automation, Git or Perforce, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, Windows and/or Linux, and Agile software development practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
