Creator Partnerships Lead, Technology (AI)

Location: Remote, US

Base compensation: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus company RSUs.

hirify.global is a newly acquired part of Wix operating like a startup within Wix, building an AI-powered platform that lets people create custom applications using natural language without traditional coding.

What you will do

• Build and lead hirify.global’s creator ecosystem from the ground up and establish creator partnerships as a major growth channel.
• Identify, vet, and build authentic relationships with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Shape creator content, formats, and narratives that make a technical product accessible, engaging, and relevant to target audiences.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams on product launches, new features, and strategic company moments.
• Develop a scalable and repeatable creator program, measure performance, and improve awareness, engagement, and product adoption.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a technology company or startup.
• Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem, including platforms, deal structures, creator vetting, content performance metrics, and partnership scaling.
• Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously, rather than only a small number of major creators.
• Strong operator instincts: fast, organized, and able to close partnerships with limited supervision.
• Ability to identify creators whose audiences overlap with a product’s ideal users, including when the fit is not immediately obvious.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and building programs without a complete playbook.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing effective creator briefs and concise performance summaries.

Nice to have

• Experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-adjacent company where technical or complex products had to be made accessible and exciting.
