Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Elizabethtown, KY, on-site; US citizenship required

What you will do

• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and observation sessions with government users.
• Document current and future business processes, process maps, and data flows.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, refine the backlog, and maintain requirements traceability with the Project Manager.
• Perform Salesforce fit-gap analysis and configure basic fields, page layouts, list views, reports, and dashboards.
• Write test cases, support system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Create training materials, user guides, and release notes; support training and gather post-release feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience working in an Agile team and eliciting requirements.
• Ability to write, develop, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience as an analyst, administrator, or power user.
• Curiosity, clear communication, active listening, attention to detail, critical thinking, and collaboration.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• US citizenship.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DoD or other federal government customers and working on software or IT projects.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Git repositories such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Salesforce administration and declarative configuration, including Flow.
• Test planning, UAT coordination, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with military or Space Force operations and terminology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• IIBA CBAP or CCBA, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Agile certification, or CompTIA Security+.
