Procurement Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the full purchasing lifecycle, including intake, purchase order creation, vendor onboarding, and renewal tracking across SaaS, cloud, AI, brand, and professional services.
• Lead negotiations with local and international suppliers on pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms using market benchmarks and vendor comparisons.
• Partner with Legal to review, analyze, and negotiate supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with FinOps, FP&A, Engineering, Product, and IT leaders to assess vendor needs, scope, and implementation timelines.
• Build vendor relationships, monitor contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience in the high-tech industry, including SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and IT procurement.
• Strong technical orientation, with the ability to understand product specifications, participate in technical discussions, and perform vendor benchmarking.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations and contract review, including collaboration with Legal teams on complex agreements.
• Experience partnering with Finance and FP&A on budget management, spend analysis, and purchasing workflows.
• Fluent written and spoken English for negotiations with global suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
