hirify.global is a newly acquired Wix business operating as a startup within Wix, building an AI-powered platform that enables creators, founders, startups, entrepreneurs, and side hustlers to create custom software applications using natural language without coding.

What you will do

• Design, architect, and implement security features directly in the product codebase.
• Lead pre-sales security engagements, executive security discussions, CISO-level reviews, and vendor security assessments.
• Represent the security posture to client CISOs, IT directors, security teams, and other stakeholders.
• Set security standards and best practices across R&D and product teams as the sole internal security authority.
• Collaborate with the Wix CISO and Wix Security departments to align hirify.global with corporate policies, compliance frameworks, and enterprise requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on security experience, specifically in product security or application security.
• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles representing the company to client CISOs, IT directors, and security teams across Enterprise and SMB.
• Strong understanding of cloud security across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of web application security, including the OWASP Top 10.
• Strong understanding of secure architecture design.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS companies.
• Ability to balance deep technical execution with high-level strategic and client discussions in a fast-paced environment.
