What you will do
Lead and manage Domain Experts across vulnerability research and reverse engineering, Windows malware research, Linux/MacOS malware research, and Android/iOS security research.
Set priorities, manage workload and performance, route incoming annotation rows, and rebalance freelancer capacity as volume changes.

Requirements
Minimum 7 years of proven, hands-on experience in reverse engineering, malware research, or vulnerability research, with deep expertise in at least one area.
Working knowledge across all team domains to assess and coach Domain Experts.
Working knowledge of reverse engineering, malware research, and vulnerability research, including malware behavior, binary analysis, and exploit development.
At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring technical specialists as a team lead, tech lead, or senior reviewer.
Experience with QA sampling, calibration sessions, and quality metrics.

Online achievements, write-ups, or contributions on HackTheBox, Pwn2Own, TryHackMe, Bug Bounty programs, or published security research.
