Security Analyst Team Lead (Cybersecurity)

The product manages software risk from AI-generated code through deployment, including analysis, remediation agents, and secure code generation.

What you will do

• Own the quality and content of risk detection, threat intelligence feeds, and security expertise within the product.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Security Analyst team, including performance management and setting quality standards.
• Define the team roadmap with engineering, product, and marketing, and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead responses to global supply chain and application security incidents, deciding team actions, product releases, and external communications.
• Own security content including guides, remediation steps, in-product insights, blogs, and social publications.
• Partner with customers and field teams on high-stakes analyses, present findings to security leaders, and represent Legit publicly.

Requirements

• Experience leading a security research, detection, or analyst team.
• Deep hands-on experience in cybersecurity, application security, supply chain security, or a closely related domain.
• Some development experience, including AI-based development, and comfort with modern development workflows.
• Ability to balance speed and rigor and make trade-offs clear to a team under incident pressure.
• English writing and speaking skills sufficient to represent Legit publicly with customer executives, webcasts, blogs, and social platforms.
