hirify.global is a newly acquired Wix startup building an AI-powered platform that enables creators, founders, startups, entrepreneurs, and other users to create custom software applications using natural language.

What you will do

• Lead projects end to end, from discovery and workflow mapping through deployment and refinement of production-ready solutions.
• Design and build fully functional applications on hirify.global for internal teams and external partners.
• Use Generative AI and Vibe Coding to build intelligent workflows, automate logic, and accelerate application delivery.
• Combine hirify.global capabilities with custom code, APIs, and integrations to create scalable, tailored solutions.
• Partner with internal units and external stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks, clarify business needs, and align execution.
• Stress-test hirify.global through ambitious builds and provide field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or another highly technical customer-facing role.
• Proven experience working directly with clients, external partners, or internal business stakeholders to understand operational needs and deliver solutions.
• Hands-on coding experience and the ability to write clean, functional code.
• Solid understanding of modern web application architecture, APIs, integrations, and relational data structures.
• Strong product sense and process design skills, including the ability to turn ambiguous business needs into functional application designs.
• Proven experience building software with modern AI-driven tools, Vibe Coding practices, or low-code/no-code ecosystems.
• High autonomy, maturity, and a proactive mindset to lead projects from scratch without hand-holding.
