Head of AI Transformation

What you will do

• Define and own the company-wide AI transformation roadmap, connecting departmental plans to KPIs such as hours saved, workload automated, cost avoided, and revenue impact.
• Lead cross-department AI projects from opportunity identification through production and adoption, working with department heads and AI champions.
• Own internal automation and agent infrastructure, shared knowledge and data access, tooling standards, and decisions about what to build, buy, or retire.
• Establish governance for security, data access, quality, monitoring, ownership, and AI tooling and inference budgets.
• Develop internal AI builders through training, templates, office hours, guidelines, and reusable solutions.
• Lead, coach, and grow AI transformation managers and AI engineers while remaining hands-on enough to build selected solutions and unblock delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in automation, business transformation, or operations, including 3+ years managing a team.
• Proven delivery of AI-driven automation and agent-based solutions in production with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with automation and agent tooling such as n8n, Make, Claude, Claude Code, and cloud agent platforms including Google or AWS AgentCore.
• Experience leading business or operational transformation across several departments and influencing leaders outside the direct reporting line.
• Ability to define KPIs, measure results, and identify when an initiative is not working.
• Solid understanding of AI risks and governance, including security, data privacy, hallucinations, quality, and cost.
• Experience managing and growing multidisciplinary teams combining business-facing and technical professionals.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and present to the C-level.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills; comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and technical credibility across workflows and business cases.

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, travel, or property management.
• Experience at a global B2B SaaS company.
• Background in customer experience, operations, or BI.
• Experience with LLM and agent architectures, evaluation, and observability.
