What you will do

• Build the foundations powering thousands of web applications.
• Develop serverless solutions and custom database integrations.
• Design scalable systems that enable sophisticated web applications.
• Build infrastructure and custom tooling for secure, efficient execution at scale.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers on technically complex infrastructure problems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Go, Java, Scala, Node, or a similar language.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Solid understanding of database technologies and optimization techniques.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, or similar.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Technical curiosity and interest in understanding how systems work.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
