Technical Product Manager (Attribute™)

Location: Fully on-site at the Attribute office, Carlibach St 29, Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you will do

• Lead fast iteration and backlog development for Attribute™.
• Conduct product discovery, user and workflow research, customer investigations, and validation.
• Translate customer and platform needs into technical product direction, clear scope, sequenced investments, and shipped capabilities.
• Own product work embedded with engineering and collaborate with engineering leadership, architects, security, customer-facing teams, and customers.
• Measure product quality, adoption, engagement, workflow completion, reliability, cost impact, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Cloud Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar role working with or building products for public cloud infrastructure, or equivalent depth of experience.
• Strong product sense for turning ambiguous problems into clear scope and shipped value without waiting for perfect information.
• Ability to reason about complex distributed systems, architectural trade-offs, and long-term product evolution.
• Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, engineering constraints, and product investments when prioritizing.
• Deep technical fluency in cloud fundamentals, including cost and billing, compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, observability, automation, and public cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Ability to improve workflows, increase leverage, and achieve more with fewer resources.
• Fast-learning, proactive mindset and willingness to investigate unfamiliar problems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and strong interest in agentic workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex ideas simply, facilitating alignment, and engaging confidently with customers and experts; direct, low-ego collaboration style.

Nice to have

• Background in FinOps, observability, or infrastructure.
