Website Product Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Shape the long-term website strategy, architecture, content structure, and quarterly roadmap.
• Lead website expansion, operations, and strategic web projects across functions.
• Manage scalable website processes and define initiatives for user journey optimization, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives based on website performance analysis and data-informed decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize the WordPress-based website, page speed, SEO, and site architecture.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools and modern web technologies while managing technical and operational risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in website management or digital product ownership within a SaaS environment.
• Proven success leading digital and cross-functional web projects.
• Deep understanding of website management, architecture, content structure, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, SEO best practices, page speed optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
• An analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and improve website performance.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Comfort managing technical and operational risks and end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives with minimal managerial oversight, identify opportunities, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex problems creatively.

• Experience evaluating or integrating emerging AI tools and modern web technologies.
