Director of Product (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap in partnership with the CEO, VP R&D, and leadership team.
• Build relationships with key customers and design partners, turning customer discovery into product direction.
• Translate customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals into priorities and well-scoped features for DevOps, SRE, and platform teams.
• Own a strategic product domain from discovery through specification and delivery.
• Build product planning, prioritization, specification, launch, KPI, and cross-functional operating processes from zero.
• Hire, mentor, and grow product managers while representing product with customers, partners, leadership, and the market.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including significant ownership of product strategy and roadmap.
• Experience with infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or DevOps products.
• Technical depth to build trust with engineering-heavy teams and evaluate architecture trade-offs.
• 2+ years of experience leading products or people, or clear readiness to step into product leadership.
• Proven ability to set direction and influence at the executive level.
• Experience building processes and ways of working from scratch, ideally in an early-stage or growth-stage company.
• Desire to build and lead a product team over time.
• Strong ownership mindset, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering customer value.
