Senior Cloud & Backend Engineer (.NET/Azure)

Location: Onsite in Östersund, Sweden, or within commuting distance of the Östersund studio. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions primarily using .NET and Microsoft Azure.
• Build and operate cloud infrastructure and applications with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Make architectural and technical decisions that keep products maintainable as they grow.
• Work with security, databases, networking, and cloud services to create stable and robust systems.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA engineers, analysts, product leads, and partners to turn technical and business needs into digital products.
• Share knowledge, mentor developers, lead technical discussions, and take technical ownership.

Requirements

• Around 6–7 years or more of professional backend and cloud development experience.
• Strong professional experience with .NET and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with cloud architecture and understanding of the infrastructure surrounding applications.
• Ability to consider the full lifecycle of a system, from development and deployment through monitoring and operations.
• Interest in quality, maintainability, technical variety, and learning new tools or technologies when needed.
• Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, take technical ownership, and help less experienced developers grow.
• Willingness to work from the Östersund office and participate in the everyday life of the team.
