Senior Python Developer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid.

What you will do

• Own the technical direction of the system, evolve its architecture, and make implementation decisions in collaboration with the CTO.
• Design and build complex data-processing pipelines and workflows, particularly for 3D and visualization data.
• Provide technical direction to a small cross-functional team.
• Drive AI-assisted development, including orchestration of specialized agents.
• Identify and implement system improvements proactively.
• Write clean, tested, documented code and perform code reviews, debugging, and maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of Python experience, with a track record of independent technical leadership.
• Proven experience designing systems and building non-trivial pipelines and workflows end to end.
• Daily practical experience with AI-assisted development and the ability to advance its adoption across the team.
• Experience reading, reviewing, optimizing, and refactoring large codebases using sound engineering practices.
• Solid knowledge of Postgres, Git, and RESTful or RPC services.
• Strong written and spoken English, a collaborative mindset, and high ownership.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Django 4.2 or later.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• DevOps experience with containers, CI/CD, automated deployments, and monitoring or alerting for database and web-server performance.
• Foundational knowledge of linear algebra, matrix operations and transformations, statistics, and probability.
• Experience with Python numerical or 3D libraries including NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Open3D, and PyTorch.
