Backend Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver robust, microservices-based backend architectures with distributed cross-functional teams.
• Architect and implement custom AI agents, developer tools, and AI skills that automate backend workflows.
• Build scalable APIs and event-driven architectures for high-traffic customer and partner interactions.
• Develop and integrate backend systems supporting customer-facing food delivery applications in the Grocery & Retail domain.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a common backend framework, preferably .NET Core.
• Proficiency in service architecture, messaging, and asynchronous systems.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Understanding of cloud services, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience or strong enthusiasm for AI coding tools, custom AI skills and agents, and agentic development workflows.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
