👉 Key Requirements 👈

🎯  Circa 8yrs experience in finance, inc. 3yrs+ in a senior and/or leadership role at a high-growth company

🎯 A track record of building or rebuilding FP&A and close processes from the ground up

🎯 Experience owning board and investor reporting and managing cash and runway

🎯 Strong understanding of token treasury mgmt and/ or digital-asset accounting is highly desirable

Recruitment Fees:

All permanent placements
• 10% of each hire’s agreed annual base salary

All fixed-term placements greater than 1 year in duration
• 10% of each hire’s agreed annual base salary

All fixed-term placements less than 1 year in duration
• 20% of each hire's total base salary

We will never charge a candidate a fee for our services.

If a Candidate terminates, or the Client terminates, any engagement, within 8 weeks of the specified start date, no fee will be charged to the Client in respect to that Candidate.
