Sr. Analytics Engineer (Microsoft Fabric/Power BI)

hirify.global is hiring for a manufacturing-sector project involving migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and development of a modern analytics platform with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

What you will do

• Help shape the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across sales, demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Assess planning practices with business stakeholders, identify gaps, and define planning requirements, KPIs, and reporting priorities.
• Translate S&OP requirements into analytical data models and Power BI dashboards for demand and supply balancing, inventory visibility, and plan-versus-actual analysis.
• Integrate data from Dynamics 365 and other business systems into Microsoft Fabric and align analytics solutions with the ERP migration.
• Validate data and analytical outputs, investigate discrepancies, and support solution adoption during S&OP reviews.
• Design and optimize analytics and data-processing solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Spark, SQL, Lakehouse, DWH, and Medallion Architecture.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing or improving S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, and sales-and-operations alignment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in D365 data analysis and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Spark and SQL.
• Understanding of Lakehouse, DWH concepts, and data modeling.
• Experience working with Medallion Architecture: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
• Upper-intermediate English.
