Technical Programme Manager (Enabling Functions)

Location: Hybrid in Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; 60% of the week is spent collaborating at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely.

What you will do

• Manage the technical delivery and initial rollout of a third-party Colleague Listening platform for Every Voice Matters.
• Work with Product, Engineering, the vendor, Technology partners, and business stakeholders to deliver the roadmap.
• Define scope, value, cost, resources, design, technical implementation plans, priorities, and delivery tracking.
• Provide visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations while keeping teams aligned and unblocked.
• Support GDPR, security, testing, and disaster recovery requirements, and coordinate incidents in the colleague space.
• Apply and improve delivery approaches, manage trade-offs, build consensus, and adopt relevant programme and product delivery concepts.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering technology and/or infrastructure across multiple teams and geographies.
• Experience building credible relationships with and influencing senior management and leadership teams.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and programme management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to understand technical architecture, engineering best practices, practical infrastructure implementations, technology concepts, dependencies, and delivery implications.
• Ability to deliver complex programmes with multiple business and technical risks, shape programmes with ambiguous scope, and manage uncertain delivery approaches.
