hirify.global is an AI company focused on heart health, building a platform that predicts and prevents cardiac events before they happen. The platform serves large U.S. health plans and public and private employers.

What you will do

• Partner with Tech, Product, and executive leaders to identify high-friction workflows where AI can create measurable operating leverage.
• Build and ship agents, automations, and AI-powered workflows from discovery through adoption.
• Own tool configuration, access setup, connector configuration, API and OAuth integrations, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build reliable workflows with non-technical executive users for preparation, synthesis, operating reviews, follow-through, and decision support.
• Partner with IT, Security, and AI Ops on approved access and integrations, escalating infrastructure or policy blockers when necessary.
• Create reusable technical patterns, templates, and playbooks; measure adoption and impact and retire workflows that do not create durable value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, product engineering, workflow automation, technical operations, or a similar hands-on building role.
• Strong hands-on ability with LLMs, agent design, prompt engineering, workflow automation, APIs, OAuth, integrations, and light engineering.
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise SaaS tools, permissions, connectors, and operational workflows.
• A portfolio of AI agents, automations, or internal tools demonstrating real adoption and impact.
• Ability to work directly with senior, non-technical leaders and translate vague requests into useful, trustworthy products.
• Strong judgment about source quality, privacy, security, reliability, and when human review is required.
• Comfort troubleshooting real user problems and owning the technical resolution.
• Bias toward shipping, measuring, iterating, and stopping low-value work.
