Agentic Engineering Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Define agentic engineering standards, architecture, best practices, governance models, and reusable implementation capabilities.
• Own and evolve Agentic Delivery Lifecycle standards, delivery patterns, control gates, certification requirements, evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, regression testing, security evaluation, auditability, traceability, observability, and rollback requirements.
• Define requirements for enterprise agentic platforms, including Code Agents, model routing, context management, memory services, AI gateways, security, observability, and resiliency.
• Establish standards, registries, certification frameworks, prompt governance, and lifecycle processes for agents, skills, workflows, and MCP services.
• Lead responsible AI governance covering hallucinations, prompt injection, insecure code generation, intellectual property, data protection, regulated workloads, risk acceptance, incident reviews, and corrective actions.
• Drive engineering adoption through lighthouse implementations, playbooks, academies, communities of practice, capability models, career frameworks, and measurement of productivity, quality, release frequency, developer experience, token usage, model routing, and platform efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years in software architecture roles, including proven software architecture experience in the Agentic domain.
• Experience in technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in Agentic Delivery Lifecycle, cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, and observability.
• Expert proficiency with Code Agents and agent frameworks.
• Experience building evaluation harnesses, benchmarking systems, and governance frameworks.
• Pragmatic, data-driven, and outcomes-focused approach.
