About the Role

You will manage core operational functions including finance, treasury, investor administration, legal coordination, people operations, partner onboarding, and events. You will design and run automations, improve dashboards and processes, coordinate payments and payroll, oversee compliance activities, support hiring and onboarding, and plan in-person events and team onsites.

Requirements

• Automate work using code or AI agents
• Have finance and administrative operations experience at a startup or related experience
• Write clearly and communicate proactively

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and run in-person conference events and team onsites
• Manage payments, invoicing, payroll, financial planning, and treasury activities
• Oversee and support the accountant
• Oversee KYB, process documentation, investor reporting, and financial reporting
• Manage contracts, onboarding, tool access, and hiring logistics
• Build and improve dashboards, processes, and tooling for finance, sales, CRM hygiene, and key metrics
• Design, build, and run operational automations
