Engineer II - Applications (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop reference designs, customer projects, and application notes for emerging automotive electronic applications.
• Provide technical support for automotive car access solutions and resolve customer engineering inquiries.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and application guidelines for internal teams, customers, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Field Application Engineers, sales, and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Support OEM and Tier-1 supplier design activities, product evaluation, and integration.
• Support the adoption and solution development of automotive technologies such as 10BaseT1S and ASA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and strong C programming skills.
• Familiarity with hardware design, schematic tools, and layout tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF technologies such as Sub-GHz or BLE.
• Prior exposure to the automotive industry.
