Production Test Engineer (Power Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Analyze and resolve abnormal production testing issues at subcontractor factories, including setup, process, and lot test data abnormalities.
• Import production testing solutions, processes, and systems from MPS factories to subcontractor testing facilities.
• Support capacity expansion at subcontractor testing factories.
• Investigate quality cases and drive complete resolution of subcontractor testing issues.
• Collaborate with subcontractor factories on solutions for quality improvement, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction, and prepare clear reports.
• Work with product PTEs on daily maintenance of test hardware and software and support other engineering teams with subcontractor production test cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of IC test-related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of analog and digital circuit analysis and C or C++.
• Ability to read and write in English; verbal English skills are preferred.
• Responsibility, initiative, learning ability, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of tester platforms such as ETS-88, CTA, ACCO, or ASL.
• Ability to communicate verbally in English.
