hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform in Taiwan, including Rocket Delivery and Rocket Oversea services, and is expanding its logistics operations through hirify.global Logistics Services.

What you will do

• Lead and scale day-to-day fulfillment and logistics operations across the designated region.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, delivery timelines, and customer-centric quality benchmarks.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase workflow efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize variable costs.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to forecast operational capacity, mitigate risks, and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Lead complex logistics initiatives and align frontline team leaders, procurement, technology, and corporate strategy stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also welcomed.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, warehousing, or fulfillment network management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex operational data into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze fulfillment data, extract insights, and deploy scalable solutions.

• Ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior supervisors and senior operations leaders.
