Principal Eng Integration & Yield (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration, yield, defect, and related manufacturing issues.
• Develop custom or derivative processes for customer needs and support new designs through module characterization and design rule development.
• Perform project management, data analysis, product and process partitioning studies, and yield and defect characterization.
• Develop test structures for rigorous process characterization and build defect source libraries and tool defect-source fingerprinting.
• Drive continuous improvement plans, reduce defect activity, and resolve technical and yield concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Document processes, assess failure modes, implement mitigation and detection measures, and follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and support additional projects or assignments as needed.
