Project Facilities Engineer 2 (Biotech)

What you will do

• Participate in and lead turnkey, facilities system upgrading, and equipment validation projects.
• Initiate, execute, and manage in-house projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with Facilities Operations and Maintenance on project scope execution.
• Manage contractors, outsourced service contracts, utilities drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform capacity management and optimization while ensuring efficient facility and system operation.
• Support ISO, OHSAS, FDA certification programs, EHS and Security projects, and regional projects that may require travel.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of ACMV, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and with all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and effective, professional communication with internal and external associates.
• Commitment to teamwork.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary and be on 24-hour standby if required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant project experience.
• Experience in biotech or semiconductor facilities environments.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
