Project / Program Manager – Agile Delivery Transcript

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $55,000–$90,000 annually.

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex agile programs across multiple product teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional work, maintain scope, align teams, and support program managers or scrum masters with progress tracking and blocker removal.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile practices.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, timelines, and mitigation strategies across teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain roadmaps, release plans, issue logs, status reports, metrics, velocity, burn-down charts, and release-progress data.
• Drive continuous improvement, support adoption of tools and processes, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and translate business objectives into actionable team plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, including at least 1 year in a program or project coordination role.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs involving multiple agile teams.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban, plus program management best practices.
• Ability to track multiple initiatives, manage dependencies, meet deadlines, and apply risk management and issue-resolution techniques.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with product, technical, and business stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent agile program or project management experience.
• Attention to detail, results focus, independence, initiative, and a self-starting approach.

Nice to have

• Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or similar.
• Experience with large-scale agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience coordinating global or distributed teams.
