Enterprise User Services Specialist (IT Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Provide high-level IT infrastructure support and customer service for the Hong Kong office.
• Support office technologies including desktops, laptops, phones, printers, Microsoft Windows, and office applications.
• Assist specialist engineers with the implementation, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure.
• Identify issues, drive resolutions involving multiple teams, and deliver projects and solutions across the APAC region.
• Collaborate with local and international colleagues to support scalable systems and trading operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting office technologies, including desktops, laptops, Microsoft Windows, printers, and phones.
• Ability to self-motivate, identify issues, and drive resolutions involving multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical and structured problem-solving approach.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and MS Office suites.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese proficiency is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SCCM.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including routing, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Experience with networking, trading-room environments, and trading applications such as Bloomberg.
