Foundation IP Memory Verification Engineer (AI)

hirify.global develops foundation IP for AI products, including memory compilers, logic cells, and custom macros on advanced process technologies.

What you will do

• Validate custom memory macros and memory compilers through functional verification and QA checks.
• Investigate design discrepancies, signal integrity issues, reliability weaknesses, power-up and lock-up problems, and timing characterization gaps.
• Run transistor-level, EM/IR, and other simulations to evaluate timing, power, and internal margins.
• Develop scripts to automate verification flows and data analysis.
• Support silicon debugging and correlation with SPICE models.
• Collaborate with memory designers and coordinate validation plans with design leads, modelling leads, and managers.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Good understanding of transistor-level circuit behavior and device physics.
• Good understanding of signal integrity analysis, EM/IR analysis, and reliability analysis.
• Proficiency in running simulators, writing automation scripts, and working with engineering tools.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Motivation, self-direction, multitasking ability, and willingness to solve complex problems and learn.

Nice to have

• Understanding of memory behavioral and physical models.
• Expertise in memory circuit design.
• Understanding of DFT schemes and chip-level integration.
