Associate Engineer, Electrical Test Process (Test Engineering)

Location: SGP - Woodlands, Singapore; onsite 12-hour shift operations

What you will do

• Prepare and optimize E-Test setups and job files for accurate and efficient wafer testing throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support daily test operations, including handling test interruptions, validating probe marks, performing online probe card cleaning, and managing test equipment and fixtures.
• Monitor test performance metrics and drive corrective actions, process optimization, yield enhancement, and continuous improvement projects.
• Work with engineers, specialists, and equipment suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve test performance.
• Perform manual test execution to support engineering activities and troubleshooting.
• Follow SOPs, safety standards, and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to perform 12-hour shift operations and support manufacturing test activities.
• Ability to work safely and responsibly in compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and EHS requirements.

Nice to have

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, or competitions.
• Project management skills, including innovating and executing meaningful solutions and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making.
• Relevant education and/or 1 to 2 years of experience in test engineering or wafer-fab production.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
