Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Operations (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support daily semiconductor manufacturing operations to achieve cycle time, throughput, quality, and shipment targets.
• Monitor production performance and troubleshoot operational issues involving manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Support and maintain automated manufacturing tools and production systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and industrial engineering teams on capacity planning and manufacturing optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate on manufacturing projects to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and perform activities safely and responsibly.

Requirements

• Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, or project experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering, or industrial operations environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience through internships, university projects, student organizations, competitions, or workplace initiatives.
• Interest in continuous improvement, manufacturing optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
