Deployment Strategist (ERP)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York, United States

Salary: $130K–$160K annually plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native core accounting and ERP platform for modern mid-market finance teams.

What you will do

• Support customer deployments from kickoff through go-live in partnership with Implementation Managers.
• Own implementation workstreams, timelines, tasks, deliverables, documentation, and customer requirements.
• Configure the platform for customer accounting workflows, reporting needs, and business requirements.
• Support data migration from NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, and Oracle; validate data and investigate discrepancies.
• Build and execute tests across accounting workflows, integrations, and customer scenarios, and troubleshoot issues with Product and Engineering.
• Work directly with customers, support go-live and post-launch stabilization, and identify and escalate risks when needed.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in implementation, consulting, accounting systems, ERP, financial systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting software implementations, system rollouts, or technical projects.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
• Comfort working with financial data and understanding accounting systems and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail when working with data, configurations, and testing.
• Proactive problem-solving, ownership, and ability to follow issues through to resolution.
• Strong project and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work directly with customers and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to ramp quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• CPA, accounting, finance, or related background.
