• Help train advanced AI models through expert evaluation of employment law scenarios and AI-generated legal work.
• Apply your legal experience to improve the accuracy, completeness, and reasoning of AI-generated outputs.
⚖️ What you’ll do
• Analyze employment law scenarios, identify key legal issues, assess risks, and apply sound legal judgment.
• Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated work.
🎓 What you’ll bring
• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• More than three years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
• Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
• AI evaluation and feedback skills; specific software tools are not listed.
