💡 The opportunity
• Help train advanced AI models by applying your tax law experience and professional judgment.
• Strengthen AI-generated legal outputs through clear evaluations, structured feedback, and corrections.
⚖️ What you’ll do
• Analyze tax law scenarios, identify key legal issues, and assess risks.
• Review AI-generated analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in reasoning.
• Provide actionable feedback grounded in sound legal judgment.
🎓 What you’ll bring
• J.D. from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• More than three years of substantive legal practice, preferably in tax law.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, document review, and written English skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Preferred experience: federal or state taxation, compliance, planning, IRS matters, tax disputes, or complex tax transactions.
• An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
