💡 The opportunity
• Help train advanced AI models by evaluating complex legal scenarios and AI-generated work.
• Lawyers across a wide range of practice areas are encouraged to contribute.
⚖️ What you’ll do
• Analyze litigation, corporate transactions, and regulatory or compliance scenarios for issues, risks, and relevant legal principles.
• Review AI-generated analyses, arguments, contracts, and documents for accuracy, completeness, and sound reasoning.
• Identify errors, unsupported conclusions, missing information, and reasoning weaknesses.
• Apply legal judgment to ambiguous situations and competing interpretations.
• Provide clear feedback and corrections to improve output quality and reliability.
🎓 What you’ll bring
• J.D. from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• More than three years of substantive post-J.D. legal practice.
• Strong reasoning, issue-spotting, legal writing, and document review skills.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and independent working ability.
• Familiarity with legal technology, AI-assisted research, or AI evaluation is a plus.
