• No prior AI experience required; your domain knowledge is what matters.
• Collaborate asynchronously through written and verbal communication.
⚖️ What you’ll do
• Review contracts, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Research relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft, edit, and evaluate legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop clear written explanations supporting legal positions and decisions.
• Provide feedback on legal data and improve AI training materials.
🎯 What you’ll bring
• Preferred: Active bar admission and at least five years in contract law, compliance, or a related specialty.
• Expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to legal nuance.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to legal and non-legal audiences.
• Confidence interpreting laws across jurisdictions and working independently remotely.
