Junior Lawyer (AI)

What you will do

• Review and annotate legal documents, agreements, and case law for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. legal standards.
• Conduct legal cite-checking according to Bluebook citation guidelines.
• Curate, edit, and evaluate legal writing samples for AI training datasets.
• Assess legal arguments, logical structure, and the use of precedent in sample documents.
• Summarize complex legal concepts in clear, concise, and structured language.
• Validate AI-generated legal content and collaborate remotely with project managers and legal experts to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• For law student applicants, law review or legal journal editor experience with demonstrated editorial excellence is required.
• Exceptional Bluebook citation and legal cite-checking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in legal document review, legal research, legal analysis, or paralegal work within the U.S. legal system.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate work within established timelines.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctor degree from a U.S. law school.
• Current law students may also qualify, with a strong preference for candidates affiliated with T14 law schools.
• Interest in legal technology, innovation, and AI applications in legal research and practice.
