Corporate Attorney (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $140–$400 per hour

What you will do

• Review complex corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets.
• Analyze legal scenarios and evaluate commercial litigation materials, legal principles, and procedural issues.
• Assess legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches.
• Annotate and categorize legal data to support AI training and evaluation.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and reviewers to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Current or recent experience within the past three years at a top-tier BigLaw firm.
• Expertise in corporate law, M&A, private equity, capital markets, or commercial litigation.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements.
• Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal data annotation or rubric-based review.
