Supply Chain Planning and Automation Manager (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working model with remote-friendly work and regular office presence.

What you will do

• Deliver one demand and supply planning model across product categories, timelines, component-level planning, and planning horizons, including an AI layer for internal trends, market insights, and outliers.
• Digitize planning and supply chain activities through a simple core infrastructure serving commercial, product, finance, supply chain, and impact needs.
• Map Operations processes, identify automation opportunities, and coordinate the development of automations or AI agents.
• Manage inventory strategically to free up cash flow and operationally to ensure adequate deliveries and financial reconciliation.
• Secure outbound deliveries according to plan and manage product master data and Extended Producer Responsibility activities, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or another relevant consumer-facing sector, working in supply chain management, operations, or data functions.
• Formal training in supply chain management, Agile development, data science, or Gen/Agentic AI development; degree check applies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong digital literacy and knowledge of automation or AI agent development.
• Ability to manage stakeholders in a dynamic environment and deliver objectives with a sense of urgency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with macOS, Google Workspace, and Basecamp.
