Frontline Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Pathumthani (Navanakorn), Thailand; onsite production role requiring availability for both day and night shifts.

What you will do

• Control and coordinate production and manufacturing operations to achieve customer requirements.
• Supervise and manage production operators to improve working efficiency and performance.
• Support build plans through production procedures and production control.
• Manage build plans, product and operational output, scrap, and production inventory.
• Manage and motivate subordinates while establishing processes and improving products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2–5 years of work experience in production.
• Experience at production supervisor level.
• Work experience with operations and production control.
• Availability to work both day and night shifts.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, plus experience with a production shopfloor management system.
• Leadership, problem-solving and analysis, performance management, results orientation, 5S and 5Why practices, safety awareness, communication, time management, technical capacity, and learning orientation.

Nice to have

• Work experience in an optical and/or electronics manufacturing company.
