What you will do

• Support and guide local HSE Officers and provide functional leadership across multiple sites with different technologies and risk profiles.
• Ensure compliance with Freudenberg Standards, FPM strategies, and applicable national and local HSE regulations.
• Oversee risk assessments, monitor HSE incidents, support root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to crisis management, emergency preparedness, internal audits, and continuous safety improvement.
• Lead Train the Trainer sessions, deliver HSE training, and support Safety Culture initiatives and tools.
• Advise on workplace design, ergonomics, technical equipment procurement, and social and sanitary facilities.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or above, ideally in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment, business, technical, or engineering studies.
• 3–5 years of job-specific HSE experience.
• Up to 3 years of operations management experience, ideally as a Plant/Site Manager or Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• Good knowledge of HSE laws and regulations.
• Advanced English and fluency in the local language.
• Good mentoring and counselling ability, strong multicultural skills, and conflict-management ability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced use of Microsoft applications and HSE-specific tools such as Enablon.
