Health & Safety Lead (QHSE)

What you will do

• Build a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment culture across projects through best-in-class processes and continual improvement.
• Communicate PSDP and QHSE activities to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Conduct internal audits, support non-conformance resolution and manage continuous improvement activities.
• Create and implement project quality strategies and procedures while engaging project partners.
• Establish quality KPIs, monitor results through dashboards and facilitate external ISO certification audits.
• Oversee PSDP/QHSE processes, participate in risk reviews and manage related risks across projects and support functions.

Requirements

• Experience leading QSHE teams in construction and project management consultancies across multiple sectors and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management, with specific expertise in Quality Management.
• Experience with ISO certification processes for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
• Quality Management System Auditor certification or active progress toward completing it.
• A degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Ability to flex working hours to engage across regions and time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and strategic leadership approach.
