Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Executive Hiring)

What you will do

• Lead executive search and end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and business-critical roles across Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and other corporate or business functions.
• Use targeted headhunting, market mapping, networking, and strategic talent sourcing to identify and attract global talent.
• Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market intelligence and talent advisory, and build candidate relationships.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, process coordination, offer negotiation, candidate experience, and onboarding.
• Improve hiring processes with HR and hiring managers, manage recruiting databases, and contribute to HR projects.
• Build and maintain a quality talent pipeline through community networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a top-tier Internet company or recruitment agency.
• Fluency in English is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Experience with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Experience in market mapping for global markets or Asia.
• A successful track record of delivering against aggressive hiring goals.
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
