Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Web3)

Location: Buenos Aires, Palermo office; mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Remote work from anywhere in the world is available for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling, interview support, skill-level evaluation, and feedback.
• Provide a consistent candidate experience from the first interaction through onboarding.
• Support onboarding activities and act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers.
• Create clear and compelling job descriptions for open roles.
• Build relationships with industry associations, universities, meetups, and relevant events to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate workflows and data in Greenhouse ATS and related tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR coordination, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Greenhouse.
• Advanced English, written and spoken, for communication with global stakeholders.
• Strong organization, prioritization, motivation, follow-through, and sense of urgency.
• Integrity, flexibility, adaptability, and effective teamwork.
• A people-first, approachable, and proactive mindset.
