What you will do

• Review internal metrics and KPIs, follow established business processes, and align operational processes with outsourced logistics providers and internal organizations.
• Identify process improvements that increase service-level performance and minimize costs.
• Support quality compliance and control by following documented work instructions and QMS operating procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute inventory responsibilities including MRB, cycle counts, and inventory reporting.
• Manage inbound and outbound performance with outsourced logistics operations providers and support internal and external audit data requests.
• Prepare import/export documentation and ensure accurate invoices, shipment details, customs declarations, and compliance with local, country, and international customs laws.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and the ability to apply this understanding to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information in straightforward situations.
• Ability to work in conditions involving extended standing, walking, tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, color distinction, noise, and the use of hand and power tools.
