Litigation Associate Attorney (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $140–$400 per hour

What you will do

• Review and analyze complex litigation documents, contracts, and transactional materials.
• Draft sample agreements and legal clauses related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Evaluate legal scenarios involving data privacy, cross-border transactions, and other complex legal issues.
• Provide structured legal analysis and feedback to support AI model development.
• Contribute to legal evaluation frameworks and review rubrics while refining training data through iterative feedback.
• Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain legal accuracy and practical relevance.

Requirements

• JD from a US law school and active US bar admission in good standing.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm.
• Expertise in litigation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail when handling complex legal matters.
• Experience with remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with structured review rubrics.
• Prior AI experience is not required.
