Business Intelligence Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Run monthly financial and operational reports using established frameworks, keeping them accurate and on time.
• Pull data from databases, spreadsheets, and APIs using SQL and Python to identify trends and answer business questions.
• Check data quality and maintain reliable reporting.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate recurring work.
• Support ad hoc requests from Finance, Revenue Operations, and partner teams such as HubSpot, and explain findings in plain English.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in finance or wealth management, with a clear reason for pursuing a career in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, plus at least one relevant internship.
• Intermediate Python and SQL skills, with the ability to read code and use AI to write and debug it.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity with numbers.
• Ability to accept feedback, learn quickly, and improve the quality of work.

Nice to have

• Early-career experience in finance, fintech, consulting, or analytics.
• Exposure to AWS or another cloud platform.
• Background in wealth management or financial services.
